To enable members of the Works Council (CSE) to effectively carry out their duties in health, safety and working conditions, by relying on legal frameworks, risk analysis tools, investigation/inspection methods and preventive action levers

Goals

  • Understanding the missions, resources, and framework for action of the
    CSE in matters of health, safety and working conditions.
  • Develop the ability to observe, analyze and prioritize occupational risks.
  • To acquire the methods and tools useful for preventing risks and improving working conditions.
  • Being able to take useful action upon returning to the company: inspection, alert, investigation, follow-up of actions.

  • To situate the CSE's framework for action in SSCT and its articulation with the CSSCT.
  • Read the data, documents and consultations useful for prevention.
  • Analyze work situations and events.
  • Block 4 – Effectively exercising your CSE/CSSCT mandate and taking action upon returning to the company.

Teaching methods and resources used

  • Structured presentations and sequences for legal appropriation.
  • Workshops for analyzing documents and work situations.
  • Work in subgroups, case studies and oral presentations.
  • Role-playing games on DGI alerts and the role of elected representatives in SSCT.
  • Formalization of tools directly transferable within the company.

Evaluation and validation methods

  • Initial diagnosis and placement quiz at the start.
  • Formative assessments throughout the course: quizzes, documentary workshops, risk ratings, cause trees, meeting notes and inspection reports.
  • Final summative assessment: integrative case study, final multiple-choice questionnaire and individual action plan "return to company".
  • A training certificate is issued at the end of the course according to internal validation procedures.
