Our commitment to quality

MD Conseil Formation is a certified training organization Qualiopi as part of training activities. This certification, issued by an organization accredited by COFRAC, attests to the quality of the process implemented at each stage of the training course.

Our approach doesn't stop at obtaining the label: the satisfaction of our trainees and the achievement of their objectives guide our logic of...’continuous improvement. Each session is evaluated, each feedback is analyzed, and each area for improvement is addressed.

Qualiopi certification

The Qualiopi label was created by the law of September 5, 2018, "for the freedom to choose one's professional future." It is based on the National Quality Framework (RNQ), composed of 7 criteria And 32 indicators covering the entire life cycle of a training course. It conditions access to public and pooled funding (OPCO, CPF, France Travail…).

Specifically, we adhere to the following 7 criteria:

1. Providing information to the public on services, access times and results obtained.
2. Precise identification of objectives and adaptation of services to beneficiaries.
3. Adaptation of content, resources and methods of support for the public.
4. Suitability of teaching, technical and supervisory resources to the services provided.
5. Qualification and continuous skills development of our trainers.
6. Integration into the professional environment and consideration of disability.
7. Collecting and taking into account feedback and complaints in order to improve.

Our trainer selection

Our trainers are selected based on a dual requirement : recognized professional expertise and genuine teaching ability. Each has solid field experience in their area of expertise.

Their skills are maintained and developed continuously, and the quality of their facilitation is monitored session after session through trainee evaluations.

Measuring satisfaction

At the end of each session, a satisfaction questionnaire is systematically sent to participants. It evaluates the achievement of objectives, the quality of the facilitation, the relevance of the content and the logistical organization.

The results are continuously analyzed and directly inform our improvement plan: they constitute the most reliable measure of the value of our training programs.

Complaints management

In accordance with criterion 7 of the Qualiopi standard, any complaint relating to our training courses can be sent by email to marc.duvollet@mdconseil-formation.com or by mail.

We are committed to acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and to provide a detailed response within a timeframe of 10 business days. In the event of a persistent disagreement, our certification body can be contacted.
