Accident analysis training
Training in accident and incident analysis using the fault tree method
The overall performance of companies depends, in particular, on close collaboration between the employer and their representatives on the one hand, and employee representative bodies on the other. The continuation of a constructive dialogue, informed by the proven skills and knowledge of elected representatives, enables the Works Council (CSE) and the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee (CSSCT) to fully carry out their responsibilities regarding health, safety, and working conditions.
The quality of the execution of these missions determines, in particular, the quality of job studies, the DUERP, the assessment of chemical risks, the assessment of psychosocial risks, and the upward, downward and cross-functional communication of health and safety issues at work within the company.
All our trainers dedicated to these topics are IPRPs listed with the DREETS and have themselves worked for several years as CSE CSSCT experts in companies.
