Training for members of the Works Council – Health, Safety and Working Conditions Mission: renewal

• Update the legal and operational framework of the CSE's SSCT mission in companies with more than 300 employees.
• Reposition the CSSCT as a preparatory committee for the CSE, without confusion with consultative powers and the use of expertise.
• Make good use of the BDESE, the DUERP, the PAPRIPACT, the registers and the AT/MP data to identify prevention priorities.
• Prepare an inspection, an investigation, an alert or a CSE meeting with a focus on health, safety and working conditions, and transform the findings into followed actions.

• Update the CSE's SSCT action framework
• Read the prevention documents to build a prioritized diagnosis.
• Use QQOQCP, ITAMAMI and the cause tree to analyze work situations and events.
• Prepare a health, safety and working conditions (SSCT) item for the works council meeting and formalize a transferable action plan.

• Updating the legal framework of the CSE in SSCT: missions, resources, meetings, consultations, expertise, alert rights and articulation with the CSSCT in companies with more than 300 employees.
• Targeted reading of useful documents: BDESE, DUERP, PAPRIPACT, security register, DGI register, FDS, minutes and AT/MP indicators.
• Risk assessment and prioritization: useful reminders about hazard, risk, severity, frequency, control and hierarchy of prevention measures.
• Inspection, visit, investigation and event analysis: gathering facts, QQOQCP, ITAMAMI, cause tree and formalization of usable documents.
• Co-activity and external companies: prevention plan, joint preliminary inspection, safety protocol, fire permit and identification of good triggers.
• Preparation of a CSE consultation with a focus on health, safety and working conditions, selection of supporting documents, qualification of follow-up actions and formalization of a roadmap for returning to the company.

• Targeted updating of the legal framework and company developments.
• Feedback from experience, document analysis and study of real-life situations.
• Work in subgroups, mini-cases, role-playing and reasoned presentations.
• Formalization of useful documents: inspection report, DGI form, SSCT point.
• A common thread running through the case to move from observation to preventive action.

• Initial diagnosis and placement quiz at the start.
• Formative assessments throughout the course: quizzes, documentary workshops, risk ratings, cause trees, meeting notes and inspection reports.
• Final summative assessment: integrative case study, final multiple-choice questionnaire and individual action plan "return to company".
• A training certificate is issued at the end of the course according to internal validation procedures.
