  • Conducting a post-accident investigation as part of an analysis: Gathering information and compiling a narrative of facts; Distinguishing between a fact, an opinion, and a piece of knowledge. Managing witness statements and the managerial report – Understanding the general methodology of fault tree analysis: Chronologically ordering the facts. Distinguishing relationships between facts (conjunctions?). Constructing a fault tree analysis.
  • Practical application in the context of a workplace accident analysis: Case study of a specific accident
  • Case study. Establishing preventive measures. Defining criteria for choosing between established solutions. Implementing and monitoring preventive actions.
