Formation des membres du CSE – Mission SSCT : renouvellement

Version dedicated to the renewal of SSCT members of the CSE in companies with 50 to less than 300 employees: updating of knowledge, improvement of inspection and investigation practices, document reading and treatment of the CSSCT as a special case when it exists.

Goals

  • Update the legal and methodological framework relevant to the mandate.
  • Better use of DUERP, PAPRIPACT, BDESE, registers and AT/MP indicators to target priorities.
  • Observe actual work, conduct an inspection or investigation, and analyze an event.
  • Transforming observations into actions followed up in CSE meetings.

Skills targeted

  • Update the CSE's SSCT action framework
  • Read the prevention documents to build a prioritized diagnosis.
  • Use QQOQCP, ITAMAMI and the cause tree to analyze work situations and events.
  • Prepare a health, safety and working conditions (SSCT) item for the works council meeting and formalize a transferable action plan.

Teaching methods and resources used

  • Targeted updating of the legal framework and company developments.
  • Feedback from experience, document analysis and study of real-life situations.
  • Work in subgroups, mini-cases, role-playing and reasoned presentations.
  • Formalization of useful documents: inspection report, DGI form, SSCT point.
  • A common thread running through the case to move from observation to preventive action.

Evaluation and validation methods

  • Initial diagnosis and placement quiz at the start.
  • Formative assessments throughout the course: quizzes, documentary workshops, risk ratings, cause trees, meeting notes and inspection reports.
  • Final summative assessment: integrative case study, final multiple-choice questionnaire and individual action plan "return to company".

Target audience

Full and alternate members of the CSE of companies with 50 to less than 300 employees; where applicable, members of the CSSCT when a committee exists.

Prerequisites

Having already held, or being required to hold, a CSE mandate including health and safety responsibilities
