Emergency and crisis management exercise

• Managing a crisis situation and perfectly applying, as a team, the instructions and procedures for fire safety and evacuation of the site in case of accident and fire.
• Mastering the coordination between internal and external stakeholders under the best conditions of safety and time.

• Implementation by all employees of a zone, site or establishment, of an evacuation drill or simulation
• Assembly of the first response team (if one exists) or of personnel designated or trained for evacuation
• The alarm is triggered by the establishment's security manager (or their representative) or the trainer, under the responsibility of the Head of the establishment.
• Evacuation of the public and/or staff under the direction of the first response team or designated personnel.
• Evaluation of the exercise with the Head of the establishment and the security team
• Recommendations to the Head of the Institution.

This exercise is perfectly suited for testing and continuously improving the procedures in place for incidents or accidents. The duration includes preparation, follow-up, and reporting to the Head of the establishment or the safety officer. The trainer signs and approves the exercise in the safety register.
