Presentation
Qualiopi is the quality certification mark for providers of services contributing to skills development. Created by Law No. 2018-771 of September 5, 2018, for the freedom to choose one's professional future, it is managed by the Ministry of Labour.
It attests to the quality of the process implemented by the training organization. It is based on the National Quality Framework (RNQ), structured around 7 criteria And 32 indicators, and it is issued by certification bodies accredited by COFRAC.
Since January 1, 2022, Qualiopi certification is mandatory to access public and pooled funding: OPCO, CPF, France Travail, Regions, State or Agefiph.
Our certification
MD Conseil Formation is Qualiopi certified under the category training activities. For you, this means:
- training courses eligible for public and pooled funding (OPCO, CPF, France Travail…)
- clear information about our services, access times and results obtained
- Objectives and content tailored to each audience, including people with disabilities
- qualified trainers, whose skills are continuously maintained
- a systematic collection of your feedback and follow-up processing of complaints.
The certification is issued for three years. It is subject to a surveillance audit during the cycle, then to a renewal audit.
