Our trainer selection

Our trainers are selected based on a dual requirement : recognized professional expertise and genuine teaching ability. Each has solid field experience in their area of expertise.

Their skills are maintained and developed continuously, and the quality of their facilitation is monitored session after session through trainee evaluations.

Measuring satisfaction

At the end of each session, a satisfaction questionnaire is systematically sent to participants. It evaluates the achievement of objectives, the quality of the facilitation, the relevance of the content and the logistical organization.

The results are continuously analyzed and directly inform our improvement plan: they constitute the most reliable measure of the value of our training programs.

Complaints management

We are committed to acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and to provide a detailed response within a timeframe of 10 business days. In the event of a persistent disagreement, our certification body can be contacted.
