As a business leader, are you looking to reduce psychosocial risks in order to improve your company's performance, comply with the law, and protect yourself from various and sundry disputes?
Objective
A psychosocial risk assessment (PSA) helps identify the risks your teams face, both before and during a crisis. By conducting a survey using an anonymous online questionnaire, then meeting with employees in focus groups, as well as with key personnel within the company (CEO, HR Director, Works Council, unions, etc.), and analyzing the feedback, we pinpoint the sources of stress and distress. Following this, working groups comprised of volunteer members from within the company will develop a realistic and effective multi-year action plan.
This process helps the employer to implement targeted actions to improve well-being at work and prevent risks.
