  • Definition of psychological harassment and the risks or pitfalls to avoid.
  • Definition of sexual harassment and sexist behavior.
  • To understand the contributions of the law of August 3, 2018 strengthening the fight against sexual and gender-based violence and of the Occupational Health law of August 2, 2021.
  • What is discrimination?
  • To clarify and define the different forms of moral or sexual harassment.

Knowing how to practically identify a situation of harassment in the workplace

  • Distinguishing between managerial practices, professional relationships, harassment, and prohibited discrimination.
  • Clearly distinguish the constituent elements of psychological harassment in the face of stress and professional pressure.
  • To prevent sexist behavior.
  • Knowing how to identify false victims and false culprits.
  • Profile of potential victims, types of potential harassers and harasser techniques.
  • A look back at the best practices and attitudes to adopt or prioritize in business.
  • Understanding the risks for the harasser: the investigation, possible criminal or civil sanctions, discipline for the employer: how?

Evaluation and validation methods

A questionnaire is given out at the end of the training. Passing this questionnaire (score above 16/20) is required to validate the training and receive a certificate of completion.
