- The cause-and-effect model.
- Risk situations: Stress and internal and external violence, burnout and boreout, addictive behaviors, moral and sexual harassment.
- Consequences of RPS: weak signals and TPS.
- The challenges of prevention.
- The regulatory framework (labor code, penal code, code
civil) applicable to psychosocial risks.
Identify the situations and risk factors
- The degradation processes.
- How to identify an employee in difficulty.
- Psychosocial factors: the GOLLAC model.
To initiate a process of assessment and prevention of psychosocial risks.
- Role and responsibility of each individual.
- The available assessment tools (SIEGRIST, KARASEK).

Evaluation and validation methods
In addition to active participation in all workshops, a questionnaire (multiple-choice questionnaire) is given to trainees at the end of the training.
Successful completion of this course is a prerequisite for receiving an individual certificate of completion of the training.
