Goals

  • Recognizing mechanical risks and knowing how to protect oneself from them
  • Carry out the required work safely and obtain your M0 M1 mechanical authorization
  • Reminder of the regulatory requirement concerning mechanical safety training: Decree 88-1056 of November 14, 1988, specifies the training requirement for every worker operating in an electrical environment (live or de-energized) and in a mechanical and thermodynamic environment. This requirement applies to mechanical safety certifications M0, M1, and M2.

Mechanical risks are defined as any event where an element is in motion and can come into contact with the human body. This context applies primarily to industrial equipment or machinery, but also to tools, fluids, or material projections.

Evaluation and validation methods

A questionnaire is given to trainees at the end of the training. Passing this questionnaire is a prerequisite for receiving an individual certificate of completion.
