Formation au risque machine M1 – Recyclage

Goals

  • Reactivate the role of the M1 executor operating under the authority of an M2 works manager.
  • Identify hazards, energy sources and dangerous situations before and during work.
  • Apply the applicable documents, instructions, PPE, collective protections and operating procedures.
  • Check the apparent consistency of the regime activation and alert without replacing the M2 or MC.
  • Stop your activity and alert in case of deviation, anomaly, doubt or change in the situation.
  • Validate acquired knowledge through a final multiple-choice questionnaire with a minimum score of 16/20.

Program

  • Reception, framing of the recycling, feedback and identification of situations encountered since the initial training.
  • Reminders of the levels of mechanical authorization and responsibilities associated with level M1.
  • Reactivation of the concepts of danger, risk, damage, exposure and hazardous situation.
  • Mechanical risks: crushing, shearing, cutting, entanglement, entanglement, projection, impact, perforation, abrasion and pressurized fluid.
  • Hazardous energies to be investigated: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, thermal, gravitational, elastic and residual pressure.
  • Documents, instructions, prevention plan, work permit, signage, markings and environmental zones.
  • Role of the M1 before, during and after the work: safe execution, common sense checks, alert and stop.
  • Collective protections, PPE, field instructions, situations requiring a stop or an alert.
  • Procedure to follow in case of accident, incident, near miss, alert or right to withdraw.
  • Operational exercises and final case study adapted to the level of authorization.
