Formation au risque machine M0 – Recyclage

Goals

  • Reactivate the concepts of danger, risk, dangerous situation and exposure.
  • Recognize the main mechanical hazards and associated risks present in the vicinity of machines.
  • Strictly respect the M0 perimeter: access or work nearby, without intervention on the equipment.
  • Follow the instructions, signage, markings, PPE and traffic rules.
  • Alert, withdraw and seek clarification of a situation in case of an anomaly or serious and imminent danger.
  • Validate acquired knowledge through a final multiple-choice questionnaire with a minimum score of 16/20.

Program

  • Reception, framing of the recycling, feedback and identification of situations encountered since the initial training.
  • Reminders of the levels of mechanical authorization and the responsibilities associated with level M0.
  • Reactivation of the concepts of danger, risk, damage, exposure and hazardous situation.
  • Mechanical risks: crushing, shearing, cutting, entanglement, entanglement, projection, impact, perforation, abrasion and pressurized fluid.
  • Hazardous energies to be investigated: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, thermal, gravitational, elastic and residual pressure.
  • Documents, instructions, prevention plan, work permit, signage, markings and environmental zones.
  • Limitations of M0: traffic, proximity, alert, prohibition of intervention or lifting of a lockout/tagout.
  • Collective protections, PPE, field instructions, situations requiring a stop or an alert.
  • Procedure to follow in case of accident, incident, near miss, alert or right to withdraw.
  • Operational exercises and final case study adapted to the level of authorization.

Evaluation and validation methods

Exercises that can be done in person: guided discussions, pair work, case studies, multiple-choice questions and annotated corrections.

Target audience

Personnel working in close proximity to equipment or machinery, without direct intervention.
