Employer responsibilities in occupational health and safety

• Apply the regulatory obligations and responsibilities incumbent upon the head of the company, the management staff as well as any person who has received delegation under the legislation of the Labor Code in matters of health and safety.
• Assess security risks on a daily basis.
• Integrate the employer's obligations regarding health and safety at work.

• Relations with institutional bodies (CARSAT, CRAM, Labour Inspectorate).

• Classified facilities and prevention for staff.
• Work within the company is ongoing.
• The different risks of occupational exposure.
• The organization of emergency services in case of fire.
• The organization for assistance to persons in danger.

A questionnaire (multiple-choice questionnaire) is given to trainees at the end of the training. Passing this questionnaire is a prerequisite for receiving an individual certificate of completion.
