Goals

To become aware of and measure the impact of one's language on others.
Identifying one's emotions and needs to develop self-awareness.
Take stock of one's potential aggression and the messages one is conveying.
Developing communication skills: listening without fading into the background, expressing oneself without being aggressive, limiting negative and aggressive attitudes and increasing empathy.
Building non-violent communication as a team.

  1. Discover the 4 principles of nonviolent communication
    • Observation: What objectively happened?
    • Feelings: What feelings and emotions does this objective situation provoke?
    • Needs: What are the fundamental needs within me that are causing this emotional reaction?
    • Question: What clear and concrete request can I make to have my needs met?
  2. How do we react to difficult situations?
    • Identify what aggressive attitudes trigger in me.
    • When I am subjected to aggression, what is activated within me?
    • What is at stake?
    • How does this reflect a part of my own experience?
  3. Training: practicing empathy and mastering one's "assertiveness"«
    • Helping the other person to say what's wrong
    • How to eliminate mistrust and negative competition?
    • How to get along with colleagues and superiors? Adopt a "solidarity" stance.“
    • Letting go of mindsets that lead to helplessness in the face of a situation
    • Dissociate facts, feelings, opinions, intentions to do
    • How to channel your energy and control your emotions to develop collaborative communication?
    • Controlling one's aggression and anticipating conflicts to improve positive and non-violent communication
  4. Strengthen cooperation and make your voice heard
    • Strengthen the connection with the other person before moving on to a request for action.
