3 – Identify the essential points to monitor and document in order to fulfill your compliance commitment
Analysis of texts and identification of legal and other requirements applicable to the products and activities of a site.
The evolution of site activities and the monitoring process.
4 – Identify the resources and tools needed to structure legal monitoring and regulatory assessment
Sources of law: national texts (Environmental Code, decrees, orders, circulars) and European texts (regulations, directives, decisions...); their hierarchy.
Formatting of the regulatory collection.
Conformity assessment tools and their implementation.
5 – Integrate the results of the monitoring into your management systems

Evaluation and validation methods
A multiple-choice questionnaire will be given to trainees at the end of the training.
Success in this exercise will be conditional upon the issuance of an individual certificate of completion of the training.
