General information on BC electrical authorization and current regulations
- Presentation of the BC electrical authorization procedure according to the NFC 18510 standard in relation to voltage domains.
- Conducting a risk assessment of the pathophysiological effects of electric current.
- Examples of accidents (direct, indirect contact, short circuit).
- Knowing how to classify facilities.
- Learning safety rules arising from the dangers of electric current.
- Understanding the role of the people involved.
- Understanding and carrying out electrical work.
- A look back at the electrical operations specific to the person holding the BC electrical authorization.
- Recognize the different zones of electrical environment.
- Be familiar with written documents.
- Being familiar with the functions of the equipment, the use of plans and diagrams, the purpose of locks and interlocks.

Knowing how to perform a low-voltage electrical operation safely
- Performing work on de-energized low-voltage systems.
