Program
- Presentation of confined spaces: types, access characteristics, related problems
- Risks in confined spaces: fire, ATEX, falls from height and on the same level, biological risk, chemical risk, anoxia, hypoxia.
- Actors in confined spaces and their roles
- Confined space prevention measures and emergency measures
- Procedures and their traceability (work permits, entry authorizations, consignments of all fluids)
- Communication markings and protocol
- Principles of ventilation and sanitation
- Atmospheric control: use of detectors
- Responding in case of accident or incident
- Conducting practical exercises on client sites
Evaluation and validation methods
An end-of-training questionnaire will be given to trainees at the end of the training (multiple-choice type).
Subject to successful completion of the training, they will be given an individual certificate of completion.

Prerequisites
To be physically capable of penetrating
(occupational medicine)
Note:
- Please bring your own PPE (work clothes, helmet and safety shoes)
- This course does not include practical exercises involving descent with a fall arrest harness or intervention with SCBA (see additional courses on this equipment).
