Program
- ERP regulations and the Labor Code
- Employer obligations related to the safety and health of workers and the public
- Security Register
- Content and frequency of each regulatory inspection visit
- Fire safety systems and equipment (fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, fire hose reels, etc.). Electrical installations. Elevators.
- Automatic doors and gates. Gas installations. Pressure vessels (compressors, etc.). Lifting and handling equipment and appliances. Sports equipment. Playgrounds.
- Presence of asbestos (DTA file, etc.)
- Presence of lead
- Presence of Legionella - Real Estate Diagnostics (Rental of Real Estate).
- Preparation for the safety commission in public establishments or for visits from official bodies.
Evaluation and validation methods
- This training does not include an assessment of acquired knowledge and skills.
- This training course is validated by an individual Certificate of Completion.
- This training course includes a measurement of overall trainee satisfaction regarding the organization and reception conditions, the pedagogical qualities of the trainer, as well as the methods, resources and materials used.
