Objective
- Conduct a review of the company's situation, in the area of fire safety.
- Assess the level of security for people, property and production tools.
- Analyze the internal alarm and alert organization.
- Locate, analyze, define hazards and analyze risks (dangerous points, critical points).
- Propose improvement measures aimed at limiting or eliminating these risks.
- Study the compliance, the implementation of backup resources, the frequency of maintenance and the clarification of the management of the fire safety system.

- Gaining knowledge and studying the activity of the company or establishment.
- Fire safety protocols and instructions.

Facility visit phase
- Checking the safety elements of your establishment (exits, emergency exits, assembly point, emergency resources, fire safety system, safety plans, instructions…).
- Location and analysis of hazardous points (storage, energy, hot work…) and critical points (IT, machines, storage…).
- Study of flows.
- Study of the risks of fire spreading.
Study phase
- Identification of regulatory and APSAD standards applicable in the establishment.
- Assessment of maximum loss and expected loss – Criticality.
- Assessment of the establishment's level of security.
- Summary of strengths and weaknesses in relation to fire risk.
- Proposal for a risk improvement plan that may include:
- Interior and exterior fittings.
- Fluids and energy sources.
- Product flow and storage.
- Material resources.
- Human resources and training.
- Measures aimed at facilitating the intervention of external emergency services.
- Claims statistics.
- Safety data sheets.
Proposal and synthesis phase
- Preparation of a report with a detailed list of measures to raise the level of security. These measures are classified by priority (short, medium and long term).
Return phase
- Presentation meeting with commentary on the fire risk analysis document. This meeting can be extended to members of the Works Council.
