The DRPCE must report on all actions taken
implemented on site to protect the worker against the risk
explosion. As such, it constitutes an annex to the DUERP (Single Document for Risk Assessment).
Implementing decree no. 2002-1553 of December 24, 2002
specifies its content. It must include, among other things:
- The classification of hazardous areas.
- The determination and assessment of explosion risks.
- The nature of the measures taken to achieve the objectives of the directive and to ensure that the use of work equipment is safe.

Prerequisites
Any business using combustible dust, flammable chemicals or processes that could lead to a risk of explosion.
