Ces techniques, bien que fondamentales pour assurer la fiabilit\u00e9 des ouvrages, exposent les professionnels \u00e0 une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de risques chimiques dont l&rsquo;impact sur la sant\u00e9 ne doit pas \u00eatre sous-estim\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Techniques de contr\u00f4le non destructif et m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de la corrosion : principes et applications industrielles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-destructive testing methodologies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les techniques de CND constituent un ensemble d&rsquo;approches sophistiqu\u00e9es permettant de d\u00e9tecter les discontinuit\u00e9s mat\u00e9rielles sans alt\u00e9ration de la pi\u00e8ce contr\u00f4l\u00e9e. Leur classification repose sur des principes physiques distincts :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Industrial radiography (RT)<\/strong> : Cette m\u00e9thode repose sur l&rsquo;utilisation de rayonnements ionisants, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de rayons X g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par des appareils \u00e9lectriques ou de rayons gamma \u00e9mis par des sources radioactives (iridium-192, cobalt-60). La directive 2013\/59\/Euratom fixe un cadre strict pour la protection contre les dangers des rayonnements ionisants, imposant notamment la d\u00e9limitation de zones contr\u00f4l\u00e9es et la mise en place d&rsquo;une dosim\u00e9trie individuelle pour les personnels expos\u00e9s.<\/li><li><strong>Ultrasonic testing (UT)<\/strong> : Fond\u00e9e sur la propagation et la r\u00e9flexion d&rsquo;ondes acoustiques de haute fr\u00e9quence, cette technique n\u00e9cessite l&#8217;emploi de couplants, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des gels \u00e0 base de glyc\u00e9rine ou d&rsquo;huiles sp\u00e9ciales, pouvant contenir des additifs potentiellement irritants pour la peau.<\/li><li><strong>Magnetic particle inspection (MT)<\/strong> : Cette m\u00e9thode fait appel \u00e0 l&rsquo;application d&rsquo;un champ magn\u00e9tique coupl\u00e9 \u00e0 des particules ferromagn\u00e9tiques, souvent en suspension dans des solvants p\u00e9troliers. Les risques d&rsquo;inhalation de poussi\u00e8res fines sont r\u00e9gis par la norme EN ISO 10882 relative \u00e0 l&rsquo;exposition aux particules en milieu professionnel.<\/li><li><strong>Dye penetrant testing (PT)<\/strong> : Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 en trois phases distinctes impliquant successivement le nettoyage de la surface, l&rsquo;application d&rsquo;un liquide p\u00e9n\u00e9trant (color\u00e9 ou fluorescent) et sa r\u00e9v\u00e9lation. Leur utilisation est strictement encadr\u00e9e par le r\u00e8glement REACH (annexe XVII) et la directive RoHS (2011\/65\/UE), avec des restrictions d&#8217;emploi de plus en plus s\u00e9v\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les acides min\u00e9raux (HCl, HNO\u2083, H\u2082SO\u2084), indispensables pour certains essais, requi\u00e8rent des conditions de stockage particuli\u00e8res conformes \u00e0 l&rsquo;arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 1er mars 2024 relatif au stockage des produits chimiques dangereux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prevention strategies: an integrated approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mesures d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ventilation constitue la premi\u00e8re ligne de d\u00e9fense contre les polluants chimiques. Les syst\u00e8mes de captage \u00e0 la source, conformes \u00e0 la norme NF EN 1093, doivent \u00eatre privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s. Pour les poussi\u00e8res, les installations de filtration r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 la norme EN 149 s&rsquo;imposent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La substitution des substances les plus dangereuses repr\u00e9sente une solution p\u00e9renne. Les explorations fonctionnelles respiratoires s&rsquo;imposent pour les personnels expos\u00e9s aux poussi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gestion des situations d&rsquo;urgence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les installations doivent comporter des \u00e9quipements de lavage oculaire et des douches de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 conformes \u00e0 la norme ANSI\/ISEA Z358.1. Les proc\u00e9dures d&rsquo;intervention en cas d&rsquo;exposition accidentelle doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement test\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ma\u00eetrise des risques chimiques dans les activit\u00e9s de CND et d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de la corrosion n\u00e9cessite une approche syst\u00e9mique int\u00e9grant les dimensions techniques, organisationnelles et m\u00e9dicales. L&rsquo;\u00e9volution r\u00e9glementaire, notamment dans le cadre du r\u00e8glement REACH, impose une vigilance constante quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation des substances chimiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les perspectives de recherche devraient s&rsquo;orienter vers le d\u00e9veloppement de m\u00e9thodes alternatives moins dangereuses et l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des syst\u00e8mes de protection collective. La formation continue des op\u00e9rateurs reste un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 pour une pr\u00e9vention efficace des risques professionnels dans ce
