S&rsquo;il ne l&rsquo;est pas, ni lui ni le coordonnateur ne peuvent exiger un <strong>PPSPS<\/strong> (Specific Health and Safety Protection Plan) from you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le PGCSPS est mis \u00e0 jour et adapt\u00e9 tout au long de l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration, au fur et \u00e0 mesure de l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e des entreprises sur le chantier et en fonction des diff\u00e9rentes phases de travail. Cette mise \u00e0 jour est communiqu\u00e9e \u00e0 toutes les entreprises par le coordonnateur SPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que vous n&rsquo;ayez pas \u00e0 r\u00e9diger le PGCSPS, vous devez <strong>to know him<\/strong> to establish your own PPSPS. Copy-paste without personalization<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Risk<\/strong> A generic document does not take into account the specific characteristics of the construction site (site, co-activity, risks, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Good practice<\/strong> : Examiner chaque projet individuellement et ajuster le contenu selon les contraintes techniques, l&rsquo;environnement et l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Forgetting to link the PGCSPS to other safety documents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Risk<\/strong> Inconsistencies between the PGCSPS, the PPSPS of companies, and the design PGC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Good practice<\/strong> : Coordonner les documents d\u00e8s la conception et assurer la coh\u00e9rence avec le DUER du ma\u00eetre d&rsquo;ouvrage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Underestimating co-activity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Risk<\/strong> Unassessed risks related to the simultaneous presence of several companies (falls, collisions, electricity\u2026)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Good practice<\/strong> : Plan interventions in phases, create distinct work zones and adjust schedules if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Neglecting consultation with companies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Risk<\/strong> Preventive measures will not be effective if they do not take into account actual working methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Good practice<\/strong> : Involve companies during the drafting process and adjust the plan after receiving their PPSPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Writing a document that is too complex or too vague<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Risk<\/strong> Misunderstanding by field teams, poor ownership, ineffective application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Good practice<\/strong> : Use clear, structured language, with tables, plans, diagrams if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Forgetting to update the PGCSPS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Risk<\/strong> The document becomes obsolete if the conditions of the construction site change (schedule changes, new companies, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Good practice<\/strong> : Implement active monitoring of the construction site with regular and documented updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. En situation d&rsquo;accident mortel, la responsabilit\u00e9 p\u00e9nale peut s&rsquo;engager avec une peine maximale de 3 ans d&#8217;emprisonnement et 45 000 \u20ac d&rsquo;amende, port\u00e9e \u00e0 5 ans et 75 000 \u20ac en cas de violation manifestement d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le coordonnateur peut \u00eatre poursuivi s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;\u00e9labore pas le plan ou si celui-ci pr\u00e9sente des insuffisances manifestes, notamment en cas de contribution \u00e0 un accident mortel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les ma\u00eetres d&rsquo;\u0153uvre et entreprises peuvent \u00eatre poursuivis en coaction ou complicit\u00e9 s&rsquo;ils ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une mauvaise organisation ou n&rsquo;ont pas respect\u00e9 les prescriptions du plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Civil liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les victimes et ayants droit peuvent obtenir des indemnisations substantielles, parfois plusieurs centaines de milliers d&rsquo;euros. L&rsquo;assurance responsabilit\u00e9 civile professionnelle peut \u00eatre mobilis\u00e9e, mais les fautes p\u00e9nales graves peuvent exclure la garantie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Case law examples<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le PGCSPS n&rsquo;avait pas correctement \u00e9valu\u00e9 les risques li\u00e9s aux travaux en hauteur, notamment l&rsquo;acheminement de mat\u00e9riaux encombrants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Court of Cassation has confirmed the criminal liability of the company Norisko
