C&#8217;est une transformation des m&#233;tiers&#160;: achats, maintenance, logistique, conception, production, IT, RH&#8230; tout le monde est concern&#233;. Et la comp&#233;tence devient le nerf de la guerre&#160;: sans mont&#233;e en comp&#233;tences, vos objectifs climat\/ressources resteront des intentions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le probl&#232;me, c&#8217;est que beaucoup d&#8217;entreprises abordent le sujet par des formations &#171;&#160;catalogue&#160;&#187; (sensibilisation climat, fresques&#8230;) utiles mais insuffisantes. Un plan de comp&#233;tences durables solide inclut donc une lecture HSE d&#232;s la conception&#160;: c&#8217;est la condition pour &#233;viter la &#171;&#160;transition dangereuse&#160;&#187;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mesurer l&#8217;efficacit&#233; autrement que par &#171;&#160;heures de formation&#160;&#187;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>diminution des rebuts, de l&#8217;&#233;nergie, des incidents environnementaux<\/li><li>meilleure qualit&#233; des donn&#233;es (moins d&#8217;erreurs, meilleure tra&#231;abilit&#233;)<\/li><li>r&#233;duction de non-conformit&#233;s fournisseurs<\/li><li>progression de la ma&#238;trise sur les postes critiques<\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La transition &#233;cologique n&#8217;est pas un projet RSE &#224; c&#244;t&#233; du business.
