Convey a consistent message to your employees and remind them of safety instructions and procedures. - Value your team and demonstrate the importance of the "human element" - Raise awareness of risks related to work habits and abuses - Implement systematic use of feedback - Establish monitoring indicators - Change behaviors to reduce risks - Establish a safety culture within the company through ongoing training CONTENT • 3 ways to express yourself and approach a safety topic to impact the widest possible audience • 3 types of 15-minute safety sessions • Different sources of 15-minute safety sessions Examples of real-life cases on topics developed together: Chemical product labeling, Electrical risk, PPE, Machine safety, Forklift driving, Single document, Fire prevention, Special work instructions, Emergency numbers and actions, Noise, etc. Intended audience: team or department leaders, prevention stakeholders in The company Prerequisites: None Training Completion: Trainees are assessed throughout the training and during role-playing exercises. Upon completion, they will be issued a certificate of completion. Training duration: Two days (14 hours) Training available in English
