Service Description
OBJECTIVES - Understand the civil and criminal responsibilities of managers and supervisors in matters of health and safety - Identify stakeholders from an H&S perspective, their needs and expectations - Create and manage the key DUERP document (single occupational risk assessment document), assess and prioritize risks - Propose a policy and action plan to management to reduce risks - Drive continuous H&S improvement CURRICULUM Regulatory introduction to the HSE framework - French legislative framework, laws and decrees, requirements of the Labor Code - Determine and identify the responsibilities of the supervisory manager, the employer's inexcusable negligence - Stakeholders in H&S risk prevention, technical and financial support systems - Positioning in relation to ISO 45001 certification (Health and Safety Management System) Understand risk categories - 8 to 26 categories depending on the classification - Focus on workplace stress , chemical risk, falls from height, level access, handling, thermal environments, and work environment - Other risks (external contractors, isolated work, fire, road risk) - Strenuousness - Exercises on photographed situations Understanding the principles of occupational risk assessment - Concepts of work unit and risk - Observation of work situations: QQOQCP, ITAMAMI - DUERP: Assessment and prioritization - Scientific approach, rigor, and formalism - Prevention methods Building and managing the health and safety project - Formalizing an effective prevention plan - Updating the DUERP based on regulations, events, and technology - Continuous improvement, tips and tricks for daily H&S facilitation Analysis of near misses and accidents: - Reminders on the group problem-solving method; PDCA (Plan Do Check Act), 6M, 5W - Root Cause Tree Method - Exercises Steering, Indicators, and H&S Dashboard - Reminders on Indicators and Dashboards - Internal and External Communication - H&S Integration into Business Processes TRAINING LENGTH: 3 days (21 hours) TERMS: On-site or hybrid TARGET AUDIENCE: Supervisory staff, Safety Managers, and Works Council members TRAINING VALIDATION: Trainee attendance throughout the training and during workshops, risk assessment exercise, questionnaire (16/20) Training available in English
