OBJECTIVES - Implement the regulatory obligations and responsibilities incumbent on business owners, management staff, and any person delegated authority under the Labor Code regarding health and safety. - Assess safety risks on a daily basis. - Incorporate the employer's obligations regarding occupational health and safety. CONTENT > Various responsibilities (civil, criminal, and moral) > Delegation of authority > Regulatory texts and their constraints > Relations with institutions (CARSAT, CRAM, Labor Inspectorate) > Obligations regarding safety and health protection in the workplace and on construction sites > The Single Document > Mandatory training and certifications (electricity, handling, etc.) > Mandatory technical inspections > Classified installations and prevention for staff > Work within the operating company > Various occupational exposure risks > Emergency response in the event of a fire > Organization for assistance to people in danger TYPE OF AUDIENCE: Employers, business owners or their delegates, HR managers, managers PREREQUISITES: None Confirmation: A multiple-choice questionnaire (MCQ) is given to trainees at the end of the training. Successful completion of this course will result in the award of an individual certificate of completion. Training duration: one day (7 hours) Training available in English
