TRAINING OBJECTIVES Understand the regulatory framework relating to the safety of data center activities Implement a safety and risk prevention policy in a data center CURRICULUM Introduction to data center safety training: mastering the challenges of risk prevention - Know how to define the different types of risk: workplace accidents, commuting accidents, occupational illnesses - Understand the financial/economic challenges for the company - Focus on the cost of workplace accidents - Focus on the cost of occupational illnesses - Focus on the cost of administrative management of workplace accidents Understand the challenges related to health and safety regulations for data centers - Review the employer's and employees' obligation to ensure safety results - Review the various responsibilities: civil, gross negligence, criminal, and professional How should risk management and prevention be ensured in a data center? - Identify the general principles of risk prevention in a data center - Implement a risk assessment: - Understand and identify the different hazard and risk categories - Assess raw, residual, and prospective risks for employees and contractors - Review the regulatory requirements of the Labor Code - The risk prevention plan - Staff training related to hazards and the work environment Understand your work environment and the documents related to the prevention plan - Analyze the various safety documentation and useful websites - Determine the role of internal and external safety stakeholders - Focus on the different permits required depending on the type of worksite - Fire permits or hot work - Permits to enter a confined space - Excavation permits or tear prevention TRAINING LENGTH: 2 days (14 hours) TRAINING METHODS: Online or on-site TARGET AUDIENCE: Individuals Working in data centers (operations, construction, managers and non-managers) TRAINING VALIDATION: A questionnaire is administered at the end of the training. Completion of this questionnaire (16/20) is a condition of successful completion of the training and the issuance of a certificate of completion. Training also available in French
