Service Description

LEARNING OBJECTIVES - Understand the legal and technical framework of workplace harassment - Raise managers' awareness of the psychosocial risks caused by different forms of harassment - Integrate harassment prevention into their managerial role CURRICULUM Legal concepts - Definition of moral harassment and the risks and pitfalls to avoid - Definition of sexual harassment and sexist behavior - Understand the contributions of the law of August 3, 2018, strengthening the fight against sexual and gender-based violence, and the Occupational Health Act of August 2, 2021 - What is discrimination? - Clarify and identify the different forms of moral or sexual harassment Know how to practically detect a situation of harassment in the workplace - Distinguish between management practices, professional relationships, harassment, and prohibited discrimination - Clearly distinguish the constituent elements of moral harassment in the face of stress and professional pressure - Ensure the prevention of sexist behavior - Know how to identify false victims and false perpetrators - Profile of possible victims, types of possible harassers, and harasser techniques - Review of best practices and attitudes to adopt or prioritize in the workplace - Understand the risks for the harasser: the investigation, possible criminal or civil sanctions, and how to discipline the employer Additional information on the legal framework for harassment - The various obligations of the employer and the manager - The burden of proof - The role of employee representative bodies - Protection of witnesses and victims - The principle of the right to report and withdraw - Possible criminal and civil sanctions against the harasser and for the company Taking concrete action in cases of harassment: prevention and action - The mediation procedure - Conducting an interview with the victim/harasser/witnesses - Suggested interview methods and techniques and action plans Finding and implementing solutions to raise employee awareness TRAINING LENGTH: 2 days (14 hours) PRACTICAL ARRANGEMENTS: On-site or via videoconference TARGET AUDIENCE: Team managers TRAINING VALIDATION: A questionnaire is provided at the end of the training. Successful completion of this exam (16/20) is a condition for receiving a certificate of completion. Training available in English
