OBJECTIVES Integrate the main challenges and obligations regarding occupational health and safety in the company. Develop a clear vision of occupational health and safety within your company. Share your company's vision of occupational health and safety with your employees. CONTENT > The challenges of occupational health and safety - The challenges of occupational health and safety for your company - Redefining your company's safety policy - The main regulatory obligations. > The occupational health and safety vision - Appropriating objectives and resources - Establishing indicators to monitor - Communication methods. > The occupational health and safety prevention approach - Redefining roles and responsibilities in terms of occupational health and safety - Ensuring consistency with the prevention approach with all company stakeholders (HR, Purchasing, Training, etc.). > My role as a manager - Setting an example, responsiveness, communication - Building buy-in. AUDIENCE: Managers. Executive Committee members. PREREQUISITES: No prior knowledge is required to attend this training. Training duration: One day (7 hours). Certification: A multiple-choice questionnaire (MCQ) is given to trainees at the end of the training. Successful completion of this questionnaire will result in the issuance of an individual certificate of completion. Training available in English
