CONTENT 1/ MASTER THE FUNDAMENTALS OF OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION - Identify the legal and institutional framework for risk prevention. - Understand the challenges of risk prevention for health, work, and performance. - Understand the processes by which occupational risks arise. - Identify the different risks in your professional sector. - Clarify the concepts of workplace accidents, commuting accidents, and occupational illnesses. 2/ INITIATE A HEALTH AND PERFORMANCE APPROACH IN YOUR COMPANY - Understand a comprehensive approach to prevention within your organization. - Integrate the prevention approach into business management. - Promote a participatory approach to prevention. - Determine the fundamental roles and key actions of each staff member. 3/ MANAGE PERFORMANCE AND QUALITY OF LIFE AT WORK - Define staff skills development tailored to the needs of the company. - Motivate and engage staff through appropriate communication. - Structure a clear project and model its initial management actions. - Define criteria for selecting a prevention facilitator. Target Audience: Managers, corporate OHS stakeholders, business leaders, and members of the Works Council (CSE) Prerequisites: None Passage: A multiple-choice questionnaire (MCQ) is given to trainees at the end of the training. Successful completion of this questionnaire is a condition for receiving an individual certificate of completion. Training duration: one day (7 hours) Training available in English
