OBJECTIVES - Understand the different types of psychosocial risks and their effects - Identify the risk factors and resources present in work situations - Be able to assess the urgency of a situation and mobilize the appropriate contacts - Contribute to a psychosocial risk prevention approach - Understand the available tools and selection criteria CONTENT Psychological risks and their challenges - The cause-consequence model - Risky situations: Internal and external stress and violence, burnout and boreout, addictive behaviors, moral and sexual harassment - Consequences of psychosocial risks: weak signals and psychosocial disorders - Prevention challenges - The regulatory framework (labor code, penal code, civil code) applicable to psychosocial risks Identify situations and risk factors - Deterioration processes - How to identify an employee in difficulty - Psychosocial factors: the GOLLAC model Initiate a psychosocial risk assessment and prevention process - Role and responsibility of each individual - Assessment tools Available - Feedback and communication with employees Raising a problem situation - The support and listening interview - Describing the problem situation: 5 steps - The importance of communication Target audience: Anyone involved in prevention, CSE (Works Council), HR department, safety department, occupational health physician, management, etc. Prerequisites: None Validation: In addition to active participation in all workshops, a multiple-choice questionnaire (MCQ) is given to trainees at the end of the training. Successful completion of this questionnaire is a condition for receiving an individual certificate of completion. Training duration: Two days (14 hours) Training available in English
