OBJECTIVES - Understand the different uses of lead. - Understand the effects of lead on health. - Understand the current regulatory framework. - Discuss the prevention approach. CONTENT - Products containing lead and periods of use - The toxicity of lead on the body - Regulatory frameworks: Public Health Code, Labor Code - Overview of the prevention approach - Main principles of waste management Target audience: Project owners in their capacity as principals, business leaders, - CSE members, prevention stakeholders Prerequisites: No prior knowledge is required to attend this training. Certification: A multiple-choice questionnaire (MCQ) will be given to trainees at the end of the training. Successful completion of this questionnaire will result in the issuance of an individual certificate of completion. Training duration: Half day (3.5 hours) Available in English
