Regulatory obligation of the employer to provide prevention training to all employees exposed to hazardous and carcinogenic, mutagenic, and reprotoxic chemicals (L4121-1; R4412-38) TRAINING CONTENT • Regulatory context • Introduction: • Hazardous chemicals: identifying risks • Information on hazardous chemicals: • Chemical risk prevention measures: • Storage, handling, and transfer rules • Job description: information about the workstation VALIDATION OF LEARNING At the end of the training, each trainee will complete a multiple-choice assessment test. Upon successful completion, they will be sent a certificate of completion. Entry level/prerequisites: none Training duration: half a day (3.5 hours) Training available in English
