LEARNING OBJECTIVES - Review employer obligations regarding occupational health, hygiene, and safety - Understand the various occupational risks in your company to better prevent them - Adopt essential preventive measures in the context of professional activity CURRICULUM Introduction to occupational health and safety training: understand the essential concepts of health and safety - Identify the regulatory framework for occupational health, hygiene, and safety - Legal principles and employer obligations - What are the challenges of occupational safety for a company? - Understand the concept of employer and employee liability - Focus on the single document: definition, operation, and mechanism - Focus on the link with the CSSCT and/or CSE (Workplace Safety Committee) Know how to analyze and identify the various occupational risks at work - Review the concept of work-related accidents and occupational diseases, and how to distinguish between them - Identify the employer's obligations regarding prevention, working conditions, and training - Know how to distinguish and understand the various occupational risks - Risk related to physical activity - Risk related to machinery - Risk related to chemical risks - Risk related to fire risks - Risk related to electrical risks - Risk related to road traffic Implement a workplace risk prevention approach - Understand the framework of a general risk prevention approach in a company, and how to respond in the event of an accident - Know how to methodically complete the single document - Focus on collective and individual protective equipment - Know how to communicate information to employees: Safety pictograms, on-site information, etc. - Understand the role of managers in risk prevention TRAINING LENGTH: 2 days (14 hours) TERMS: Online or on-site TARGET AUDIENCE: All employees, managers, HR and CSE staff TRAINING VALIDATION: Trainees' ongoing monitoring and participation in the training Training available in English
