OBJECTIVES - Understand the hazards and be able to analyze mechanical risks - Understand the requirements and procedures for preventing mechanical risks and how to implement them - Be able to implement appropriate preventive measures to control mechanical risks on the relevant installations or in their environment - Know how to integrate prevention into work preparation for those responsible for them - Be informed of the actions to take in the event of an accident - Be able to obtain M0 certification from your employer CONTENT Basic concepts of mechanics Awareness of mechanical risks - Obligations and responsibilities of the various stakeholders - Statistics on mechanical accidents - Different risks of mechanical origin Prevention of mechanical risks - The regulatory context - Protective measures - Action to take in the event of an accident Indices - Definitions, instructions for staff, training obligations - Specific instructions applicable to external companies - Examples of documents Operations in The environment - Environmental zones - Neighborhood work Risk assessment and analysis - Elements to consider - Principle of action Practical application - Trainee role-play Target audience: Operational personnel Prerequisites: None Training validation: A questionnaire is given to trainees at the end of the training. Successful completion of this questionnaire will result in the issuance of an individual certificate of completion. Training duration: One day (7 hours) Training available in English
