OBJECTIVES - Appreciate the context and challenges of subcontracting in terms of safety - Explain the approach to managing interventions by external contractors - Establish a prevention plan or safety protocol or a fire permit or work permit - Understand the difference between the different documents: prevention plan, safety protocol for loading/unloading operations, PPSPS, PGCSPS, work permit, fire permit, and entry authorization CONTENT Context and regulatory issues in the management of external contractors - Decree of February 20, 1992, recodified, and other applicable regulations Terminology and definitions Organization of an operation and steps of the process - Before the intervention (information exchange, risk analysis) - At the start of work (joint inspection, definition of interference risks, staff information) - During the work (monitoring implementation, updating analyses and information) The various documents: Prevention Plan : Interference Risk Analysis and Management Tool Loading and Unloading Safety Protocol PGCSPS and PPSPS Fire Permit Work Permit Entry Permit Role of the Various Partners: Works Council (CSE), Occupational Health Physicians, Labor Inspectorate, etc. Practical Applications in Real-Life Cases Target Audience: Business Owners, Prevention Officers, Managers Prerequisites: None Validation: A questionnaire will be given to trainees at the end of the training. Successful completion of this questionnaire will result in the issuance of an individual certificate of completion. Training Duration: Two days (14 hours) Training available in English
