Service Description

CONTENT - Feedback - Review the regulatory obligations of your facility during the HSCT (Higher Occupational Risk Assessment) - Conduct a workplace visit (ITAMAMI, QQOQCP) - Conduct a post-accident investigation (cause tree) - Propose an action plan following a visit, investigation, or inspection - Interpret the occupational risk assessment document for the PAPRIPACT (Professional Risk Assessment) assessment - Provide feedback on the annual assessment and the PAPRIPACT (Professional Risk Assessment) assessment Validation of Learning: Learners are assessed formatively throughout the course: • Validation of Learning Questionnaire at the end of the first day • Exercise Booklet throughout the course • Skills Validation Questionnaire at the end of the course. An individual training certificate confirming the learner's attendance and active participation will be issued at the end of the training. Target audience: elected members of the CSE/CSSCT, HR directors, company managers. Prerequisites: none. Training validation: Active participation of trainees in the numerous practical workshops is mandatory. A multiple-choice questionnaire (MCQ) is given to trainees at the end of the training. Successful completion of this questionnaire will result in the issuance of an individual training certificate. Training duration: 3 days.
