Service Description
OBJECTIVES Training objectives: Being a member of the CSE - Initial training in health, safety, and working conditions: - Understand your responsibilities and resources as a staff representative - Develop your skills in identifying and measuring occupational risks and your ability to analyze working conditions - Become familiar with the methods and processes to implement to prevent occupational risks and improve working conditions CONTENT Vocabulary in health, safety, and working conditions Establishing conditions, roles and missions, composition, operation, and responsibilities of the CSE and the CSSCT and its members Health, safety, and working conditions stakeholders and their role in the CSE Applicable legislative and regulatory framework General principles of prevention Organization of the Labor Code Scope of action of the CSE and the CSSCT - Right to alert and right to withdraw - Safety training - Risk prevention and single document - Analysis of exposure to occupational risk factors - Periodic inspections and compliance of premises and equipment Work - Management of external contractors (prevention plan, PGCSPS, fire permit, work permit, safety protocol) - Access to occupational health and safety documentation (DUERP, FDS, safety register, BDESE, special register, etc.) Produce written documents as part of their duties as a CSE member Organize and conduct a meeting Understanding of monitoring workplace accidents, commuting accidents, and occupational illness Collecting information during visits/investigations/inspections and related action plans (QQOQCP, ITAMAMI) Analysis of repeated accidents or incidents (cause tree) Actions to be taken by CSE members upon returning to the workplace TARGET AUDIENCE: Elected members of the CSE or CSSCT (Workplace Safety Committee), HR directors, company managers. Prerequisites: None Passage: In addition to active participation in the workshops, a multiple-choice questionnaire (MCQ) is given to trainees at the end of the training. Successful completion of this questionnaire will result in the issuance of an individual certificate of completion. TRAINING LENGTH: 5 days
