Service Description
The sexual harassment officer is a member of the Works Council (CSE) designated to prevent and combat sexist behavior in companies with more than 11 employees. This training course for sexual harassment and sexist behavior officers (or CSE officers) will allow you to understand the precise role of this elected member of the staff delegation, understand their mission, and identify the resources available to them to take concrete action within the company. OBJECTIVES - Understand the specific nature of the "Referent" role in the new social context of the CSE (Works Council) – their rights and responsibilities - Understand the definitions and scope of sexual harassment and/or sexist behavior in the workplace - Understand the measures and actions to be implemented within the company to fulfill the role of the CSE Referent - Know how to act and react in the face of risky behavior or a crisis situation (crisis management) CONTENT - Legal provisions related to sexual harassment - Distinguish sexual harassment from the concept of sexist behavior - Clarify the concepts of discrimination and harassment: links and/or differences - Sexual harassment - Employer's legal safety obligation - Manage the intervention of other prevention stakeholders - Obligation to appoint a Sexual Harassment Officer within the Works Council (CSE) - Ensure occupational risk prevention actions - Detect risky situations or behaviors and prevention methods - Welcome, support, and guide potential victims - Initiate and implement the internal CSE or CSSCT investigation procedure - Use the right to alert and withdraw or the right to alert regarding fundamental rights and freedoms - Understand the various non-contentious and contentious remedies - Specify the criminal and civil sanctions in the event of proven or unproven harassment - Include the dimensions of failure to assist a person in danger and professional secrecy - Define a procedure or processes in cooperation with the employer Target audience: elected members of the Works Council (CSE) or CSSCT, HR directors, stakeholders in the Prevention, Head of School Prerequisites: None Passage: In addition to active participation in the various workshops, a multiple-choice questionnaire (MCQ) is given to trainees at the end of the training. Successful completion of this questionnaire will result in the issuance of an individual certificate of completion. Training duration: Two days (14 hours)
