Service Description
OBJECTIVE - Recognize mechanical risks and know how to protect yourself against them. - Perform the required work safely and obtain your M0 M1 mechanical certification. - Reminder of the regulatory requirement regarding training for mechanical certifications: Decree 88-1056 of 11/14/1988 specifies the training requirement for every worker working in a live or de-energized electrical environment and in a mechanical and thermodynamic environment. This requirement applies to M0, M1, and M2 mechanical certifications. Mechanical risks are defined as those where an element is in motion and may come into contact with the human body. This context primarily applies to industrial equipment or machinery, but also to tools, fluids, or material projections. CONTENT Introduction to the training - Overview of regulations relating to mechanical clearances - Definition of the rights, duties, and obligations of personnel involved Conducting a mechanical risk assessment - Integrating general prevention and safety principles Mastering safety signage - Recognizing prohibition and obligation signs - Complying with precautions: warning, danger, and indication - Understanding chemical product labels - Reading safety instructions Reviewing mechanical clearance and related authorizations - Definitions of clearances - Overview of the different mechanical clearances - Drafting a prevention plan Understanding basic safety instructions - Ensuring compliance - Overview of individual and collective protection - Overview of the consumption of alcohol, drugs, medication, and tobacco Definition of risks based on different work situations Statements of first aid concepts and Evacuation Target audience: Operational personnel Prerequisites: None Training validation: A questionnaire is given to trainees at the end of the training. Successful completion of this questionnaire will result in the issuance of an individual certificate of completion. Training duration: One day (7 hours) Training available in English
