The challenges of prevention and the importance of accident analysis. - Conducting a post-accident investigation as part of an analysis: Gathering information and listing the facts in a narrative; Distinguishing between a fact, an opinion, and knowledge. Managing testimonies and the managerial report. - Understanding the general methodology of the root cause tree: Ordering the facts chronologically. Distinguishing the relationships between the facts (conjunction?).
