Service Description

Explosion Risk Assessment (R4227-1 et seq. of the French Labor Code) and drafting of the Explosion Protection Document (DRPCE) according to the CNPP EVAREX method (Directive 1999/92/EC) The DRPCE must report on all actions implemented on the site to protect workers against the risk of explosion. As such, it constitutes an annex to the DUERP. Implementing Decree No. 2002-1553 of December 24, 2002, specifies its content. It must include, among other things: - the classification of hazardous areas; - the determination and assessment of explosion risks; - the nature of the measures taken to achieve the objectives of the directive and ensure the safe use of work equipment; - the procedures and rules according to which workplaces and equipment, including alarm systems, are designed, used, and maintained to ensure safety. Prerequisites: Any business using combustible dust, flammable chemicals or processes that could lead to an explosion risk.
